After a successful three-year pilot of our Polestar Pilates Teacher Training Program, the Dance Department is pleased to announce we are commencing a review of curricula to advance the program for the future. In 2017-2018, the Department will be working closely with Dr. Brent Anderson, founder of Polestar Pilates, to revisit, refine, and diversify the curricula for the next phase of the program. Registration for the new program will begin in February 2018, and training will commence in August 2018. Students who are interested in training during 2017-2018 are invited to contact Dr. Anderson, who will recommend other training options in the region. Dr. Anderson can be reached at education@polestarpilates.com. Alternatively, 2018 Dance graduates interested in studying and obtaining certification at Mason Gross in 2018-2019 will receive the student rate. Additional information on 2018-2019 training at Mason Gross will be forthcoming in Fall 2017.
